I just replaced my iphone 4s with a new one today and I tried to sync my new phone from my computer since it was all backed up. My computer won't let me add music onto my iphone due to the 34 videos which are over 32 GBs causing it to be overloaded.
I went through my photo app and only found one 9 second long video. I also went through my video app and it was completely empty as was my music app in case of music videos. Posted on May 31, AM. What could be happening is that when you try to synch all of content to the new phone, it wont allow it if the content you are trying to synch is larger than the space available on your phone.
